why we built it
Over the past year, queer venues have watched their social pages disappear overnight, with no warning and no explanation. Regulars assumed they'd closed, and ticket sales fell. Safesqace is a channel to your people that you can count on: rules written for queer spaces, a person behind every decision, and a feed where what you post reaches the people who follow you.
who it's for
Bars, clubs, restaurants, cafés, shops, salons, gyms and venues of every kind, plus promoters and collectives who throw events at other people's venues. Queer-owned or queer-friendly, you choose how you show up.
how it works
- Sign up on any computer at business.safesqace.app, or in the Safesqace app.
- Tell us about your space and send one proof that it's yours, like a business license, a utility bill or an active social account. A person on our team reviews every application.
- Build your profile and draft events while you wait. Once you're approved, publish and you're live.
what you get
Events and posters
Upload your flyer as is, or make a poster from a photo in a few taps. Weekly and monthly events, ticket links, and when plans change, mark it sold out, postponed or canceled and everyone who saved it hears about it.
Reach without fighting an algorithm
Your followers see everything you post, in order. Send news that can't wait as a notification, get discovered by people looking for something to do tonight, and share one link-in-bio page with every upcoming date.
Numbers you can use
Followers, profile views, event saves and ticket taps for the last 30 days. We count totals, never who, so people feel safe following you.
Rules written for queer spaces
Drag, leather, kink and sex-positive events are welcome. If we ever remove something, we tell you which rule it broke, and you can appeal. See how we moderate.

No. Everything works on any computer at business.safesqace.app. The app and the web share one account.
Can we see who follows us?
No. You see how many people follow you. Who they are stays private to them.
